My 12 week 1-2-1 coaching course can be completed either in person 'face-to-face' or online via zoom. It includes 2x GGM's (which last 14 days each) and 12 weeks worth of coaching and tailored nutritional guidance. When you book this personal coaching option, you’ll receive 6 hours in total worth of 1-2-1 coaching with Amy (30 mins per week or 1 hour every fortnight), 12 weeks worth of access to Amy’s Online Workouts (worth £14.97) and a TEN Recipe Book (worth £15).

If you live locally to Colchester, Essex, then you can attend my 1-2-1 coaching course face-to-face at my private coaching studio. If you don't live near Colchester, Essex, then we can complete your coaching sessions online via zoom instead .Please note, there is limited availability for my 1-2-1 coaching sessions, so please book your place ASAP to avoid disappointment. Once your booking is complete, I will be in contact to book your 12x 30min or 6x hr coaching sessions.

My Mini 1-2-1 Course is perfect if you are looking to get started on your CGM journey and if you already know all about healthy, balanced nutrition through one of my previous courses. When you sign up, you’ll get:

- A CGM System (lasts 14 days)
- A 30 Min 1-2-1 Session with Amy (online or face-to-face) where we attach your CGM and I thoroughly explain the process for the next 2 weeks, including how to log your food and monitor your results on the app
- A 30 Min 1-2-1 Session with Amy (online or face-to-face) where we take your monitor off and I go through all of your results and stats with you, comparing your food log against your blood glucose levels

My Mini 1-2-1 Course is £157 and includes your 14 day CGM.

A comprehensive blood test that tests for a range of allergens including pollens, mites, moulds & yeasts, plant and animal based foods, insects & venom, pets & animals, and other common allergens like latex.

As part of the allergy complete blood test, I also offer a full health consultation, blood pressure & body analysis, as well as an optional 1 hour follow up appt.

This home test checks for the important hormones needed to give information about menopause. It can also help with hormone replacement therapy monitoring, period problems and other hormone related issues. It can identify the hormonal changes expected at the onset of menopause.

As part of this test, I also offer a full health consultation, blood pressure & body analysis, as well as an optional 1 hour follow up appt

This test includes all the essential biomarkers that are of interest to a sports person - a Full Blood Count, Liver & Kidney function profile, Iron levels, Ferritin, Heart & Muscle Enzymes, Cholesterol profile, Inflammation, Magnesium, Vitamins D & B12 and Testosterone.
